Peabody Engineering's standard Dual Containment systems are available in High Density Linear Polyethylene, the preferred material for 95% of the applications that need secondary containment. Choose from our Gemini Dual Containment tanks, an economical and reliable solution for relatively small tanks (15-525 Gallons) or our DCSII, a heavier duty and more secure design for demanding and large capacity applications up to 10,500 gallons.

The Gemini Dual Containment system is a double walled design with a mushroom style inner tank that seals the containment tank with a common top. It is ideal for chemical feed systems, water treatment chemicals, day tanks and applications where relatively low volume chemical requirements are needed.

The DCSII system is for applications that require durability and a heavy duty design. The primary and secondary tanks are thermopneumatically welded together to form a one-piece, dual contained design. Both the primary and containment chambers are sealed from the environment, eliminating any concern of environmental contamination of your products from precipitation or other means. We install heavy duty, thermoplastic spacers in the interstitial area to keep the primary tank in position for years of trouble-free and maintenance free service. Add whatever nozzles, manways, level controls, leak detection and enhancements you require to create the ultimate double containment system.

Peabody Engineering's dual containment systems are designed for indoor or outdoor use and are unaffected by the ultra-violet rays of the sun or other environmental conditions.

Peabody Engineering offers seismic and wind restraint systems for all of their tanks. Choose from PolyPlast or FiberPlast restraint systems to offer you peace of mind in knowing that your tanks will remain secure and undamaged in the event of most environmental disasters.
